Green Innovation AD (hereinafter referred to as “Green Innovation”) is a company registered with the Commercial Register of the Registry Agency under UIC 207142118, having its seat and registered office at Sofia, 12 Mihail Tanev Street, Business Center Evrotur, Ground Floor.

Green Innovation is a controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) because it processes strictly defined categories of personal data.

If you consider that your personal data are inaccurate, you have the right to request that Green Innovation rectify them, and also have your incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement to Green Innovation for this purpose.

As a data subject whose personal data are processed by Green Innovation, you have the right to obtain from the Controller their erasure where one of the following applies:

a) The personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
b) You withdraw the consent on which the processing of your personal data is based;
c) Your personal data have been unlawfully processed;
d) You have objected to the processing of your personal data and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;
e) The personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in Union or Bulgarian law.


Right to restriction of processing

Another right you have in relation to the processing of your personal data by Green Innovation is to request, insofar as the legal requirements have been met, that Green Innovation restrict the processing of your personal data where one of the following applies:

a) You contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling Green Innovation to verify the accuracy of your personal data;
b) The processing is unlawful, and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;
c) Green Innovation no longer needs your personal data for the purposes of processing, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.


Right to object to the processing of personal data

Insofar as your personal data are subject to processing by Green Innovation, you have the right to object at any time to such processing. In this case, Green Innovation shall no longer process your personal data unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing, such as compliance with legal obligations or other justifiable reasons for further processing, which override your interests, rights, and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.


Right to withdraw your consent

Where the processing of your personal data by Green Innovation is based on your explicit consent, it shall cease upon the withdrawal of your consent. This right of yours has immediate effect without prejudice to the lawfulness of any processing based on consent before its withdrawal.


Right to data portability

You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data you have provided to Green Innovation, including, where possible, in electronic form.


Right to Complain with a Supervisory Authority:

Changes to the Privacy Policy

Green Innovation strives to ensure maximum protection of the personal data of our website’s visitors.
